I have been baking for so long that I can’t even remember when I started. I used to work as a baker in several bakeries, and that’s when I became passionate about baking. I spent years researching French croissants in depth. To me, baking is like an Art, and every chef or baker would make different baked goods even if they follow exactly the same recipe. It brings me joy to know people love my artisan croissants. I really appreciate the support of my family, friends, and community, which has helped me get to what I am today.
